Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Cedar Park, TX- On-site 5 days per week

Compensation Expectation: $90,000-$100,000

What You'll Do As a Marketing Manager:
  • RFP/RFQ: Lead the preparation, development, and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). This includes collaborating with various internal departments to gather necessary information, ensuring brand consistency and quality, and meeting all requirements and deadlines for all submittals.
  • CRM Management: Enter, update, and manage contacts, companies, personnel, and project data within the Cosential database to keep information current and accurate.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing team culture. Strengthen internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged with company goals, achievements, and events.
  • Event Planning and Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and promotion of corporate events, including industry events, client-facing engagements, and internal team-building activities. Ensure these events align with company values, creating meaningful interactions that strengthen team bonds and client relationships.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with specialized consultants, such as graphic design, public relations and videography to ensure project goals are met and brand consistency is maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting performance goals and providing feedback.

Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related discipline. 5 + years of marketing or communications experience. A/E/C industry experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Excellent writer, detail-oriented, and extremely organized with proven ability to establish priorities and achieve results.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and WordPress
  • Proven experience managing RFPs/RFQs and crafting high-quality, compelling proposals and maintaining a CRM system.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
