What You'll Do as an IT Delivery Analyst
- The IT Delivery Analyst will assist IT Delivery leadership and teams in managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables for IT initiatives.
- Track milestones, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
- Provide resource planning, forecasting, and tracking vendor allocation.
- Maintain documentation of resource requests, assignments, and capacity updates.
- Documentation of IT delivery activities and align them with PMO governance processes.
- Prepare status updates and dashboards for leadership.
- Support alignment of IT delivery artifacts with governance standards.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across IT infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams.
- Work closely with the Director of IT Delivery and transformation teams to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
You could be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience coordinating IT initiatives and working closely on IT projects.
- Understanding of IT delivery frameworks, operational processes, and governance practices.
- Familiarity with IT applications, infrastructure, and service delivery concepts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
