The Company
Headquartered in Brea, our client is a leader in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. With an international presence, they provide the highest quality products to restaurants and large retailers in 50+ countries. They are expanding their IT Team as they look to deliver innovative technology and grow their competitive edge.
Compensation Expectation: $90,000 – 110,000
What You'll Do As a Project Manager:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, and budgets for initiatives focused on manufacturing, distribution, and ordering functions
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget
- Create project charters and project plan along with resource loading so that it provides view on resource mapping at a task level
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently, monitoring project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items; proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners
- Manage to PM Operating Model (meetings, status reporting)
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation in the PMO departmental repository and in ServiceNow
- Adheres to the PMO defined processes, methodologies, and minimum required documentation
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years’ project management experience managing technology projects, complex initiatives and implementations is required
- General understanding of information technology environments including infrastructure, systems and application software is highly desirable
- PMI, CSM or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Manufacturing or supply chain exposure is a benefit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a bonus.
