Job Title: Sr Technical Project Manager
Location: Glendale, CA | Onsite 4 days a week

Compensation Expectation: $80 – 100/hr

What You'll Do As a Technical Project Manager:
  • Partner with lead Technical Project Manager to refine scope, tasks and tracking systems
    • Organize, manage and prioritize multiple scopes simultaneously while meeting deadlines
      and maintaining quality.
    • Summarize status into weekly reports for the team leadership and external stakeholders
    • Work with teams to ensure their tasks are in the tracking systems and are accurate to what they are working on
    • Maintain a keen attention to detail in tracking questions, risks, and issues and use your judgement to report up to leadership as necessary to ensure project health and strong forward momentum.
    • Effectively plan and execute tests, record and incorporate feedback into next steps as needed.
  • Drive and Support Cross Functional Teams
    • Including a matrixed, diverse team of creative and technical disciplines, internal studios, and third-party partners, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity to deliver concept mockups.
    • Maintain a healthy project team dynamic where all participants feel comfortable and empowered to deliver their best work.
    • Source and manage relationships with vendors, including contracting and invoicing.
  • Tailor and deliver project communications, internal team updates, vendor negotiations and
    presentations to varied audiences.

Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in theme park production, media production or mockup concept production.
  • Experience managing and advancing complex multi-disciplinary experience projects combining creative and technology elements with excellent attention to detail in chaotic/changing environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to see the “big picture” while tracking multiple teams, workstreams, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Ability to drive the transformation of high-level scope/vision into actionable plans and move it forward with regular check ins.
  • Creation of production deliverables including schedules, budgets, scope documents, and presentations.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build strong partnerships of trust across diverse teams and functions.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly express project vision and details, while tailoring their message to different audiences.
