What You'll Do As a Sr Software Engineer, AI:
- Drive the adoption of advanced AI tools across TechOps-supported applications and facilitate their seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop autonomous AI agents to automate operational tasks and address technical debt.
- Design and refine AI architectures utilizing MCP servers, LangChain Agents, APIs, and other relevant systems.
- Promote rigorous code review processes to ensure high-quality development outcomes and technically sound solutions.
- Document and disseminate AI integration best practices to empower teams across the organization with actionable guidelines.
- Build scalable, reliable AI agents to streamline processes and improve efficiency within application teams.
- Work collaboratively with application teams to enable agentic AI adoption and ensure successful implementation in diverse tech ecosystems.
Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient development experience in Python, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript; Design and integration expertise with APIs and webhooks.
- Agentic AI Development: Hands-on experience with MCP servers, LangChain Agents, and agentic AI platforms like N8N and Flowise.
- AI Tooling: Familiarity with advanced AI technologies and tools, including their adoption lifecycle and implementation challenges.
- Collaborative Approach: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to foster innovation and shared expertise across teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently translate concepts and ideas into high-quality, scalable systems from inception to deployment.
- Preferred:
- Hands-on experience working with application teams to address tech debt using AI agents.
- Experience with designing test cases, monitoring workflows, and debugging AI solutions in production environments.
- Microsoft Teams Bot Development: Experience creating and provisioning Microsoft Teams Bot solutions in Azure is strongly preferred; ability to leverage bots within agentic AI workflows via N8N, APIs, and webhooks is a huge advantage.
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud architecture and integrations with AI-enabled platforms.
