Compensation Expectation: $140,000 – $165,000
What You’ll Do As a Sr Systems Administrator:
- Primary support of the firm’s employees and equipment in the New York Office, and remote support for the London office
- Serve as first point of contact for all employee technology issues and requests
- Manage helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of support tickets
- Coordinate with global IT team on firmwide projects and initiatives
- Onboard and offboard employees, managing accounts and equipment lifecycle
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets
- Lead or assist with office IT projects such as conference room upgrades, equipment refreshes, and technology rollouts
- Present status updates on support metrics, ongoing issues, and project progress to IT leadership
- Set and meet realistic deadlines for support requests and small-to-medium IT projects
- Train employees on core technology platforms and best practices
Qualifications:

- Experience managing multiple priorities and small projects simultaneously
- Minimum 2-8 years of IT support experience, ideally in the financial, legal or professional services industry
- Essential: Desktop Support (Mac and PC), Mobile device management (iOS/Android), O365/GSuite administration, Networking fundamentals, Ticketing systems, Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Preferred: Basic project management skills, MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune), Meraki networking, Basic scripting/automation, Cybersecurity awareness
