SummaryOur client, a leading financial advisory services company is looking for a polished and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis starting as soon as possible in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for multiple executives
  • Arranging travel and travel documentation
  • Greeting guests and directing calls accordingly 
  • Handle time and expense reporting
  • Ensure clients receive the best in class service
  • Work on presentations and other ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up on tasks efficiently and independently
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel is required
  • Quickbooks is a plus
