Matthew is an experienced Business Development Manager and a senior lead for the New York and East Coast team at CTP. He has been in the industry for over 7 years, beginning as a Tech Recruiter in Manhattan. His favorite part about his job is being able to build relationships and form meaningful and successful partnerships. He truly loves connecting with people. Matthew is married with 2 awesome little kids (and a 3rd on the way!). Originally from Long Island, New York, he currently lives in northern New Jersey. He loves being in the ocean and on the beach, playing soccer, and drinking wine with his wife. Although, these days it’s mostly dance parties in the house with the little kids.
