Job Title: Agile Project Manager
Location: Glendale, CA – Onsite 4 days a week

Compensation Expectation: $50 – 70/hr

What You'll Do As an Agile Project Manager:
  • Responsible for on-time, in-scope and in-budget delivery of projects and leading multiple project teams
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project including scope, schedule, resources
  • Perform in the role of a scrum master across one or more project teams
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo and sprint retrospectives
  • Work with the product development team to understand and manage project requirements, scope, timelines and budget
  • Provide clear reporting of project status across all projects including timelines, milestone tracking, issue identification, and resource management
  • Identify and communicates resource constraints and potential priority conflicts to assist the organization in evaluating and reprioritizing deadlines
  • Prepare for project reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Qualifications:
You could be a great fit if you have:
  • 5+ years’ experience as a project manager using Agile/Scrum with a proven track record in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing large-scale technology projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and consultants
  • Knowledgeable in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
  • Proactive and possess a hands-on, collaborative working style
  • Strong conflict resolution & negotiation skills adaptable to shifting priorities and sensitive to cross-functional team needs
  • Demonstrate experience using scheduling and collaboration tools within the project management discipline
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of organization (Technical leads, Executives, External Vendors)
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
  • Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Must be an excellent and inclusive team player
  • Will act with a can-do, positive, and collaborative mindset
  • Preferred Experience working in media, entertainment, or production environments.
