Compensation Expectation– $140,000 -$160,000
What You’ll Do As a Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer
- Provide daily administration of systems and networks by monitoring, following up on service alerts, identifying if any users are impacted, and providing resolution
- Coordinate with vendors on ongoing and new projects, updates, and any issues; including but not limited to:
- Networking Equipment (Cisco switches and routers, Citrix ADC Load balancers)
- Virtual Hypervisors (Nutanix AOS, VMWare ESXi)
- Network Monitoring (OmniCenter)
- Physical Servers (Nutanix, Dell PowerEdge)
- Remote Access Technologies (Cisco VPN, Citrix XenApp)
- Unified Communications as a Service (Zoom, Teams)
- Firm’s Core Applications and Services (Microsoft Exchange On-line, Aderant Time and Billing, SharePoint)
- Microsoft Azure AD / SSO
- Security (Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Mimecast, Arctic Wolf MSSP)
- Backups (Quorum)
- Server Administration (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
- Work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Provide training to IT personnel on any new updates, upgrades or new systems implemented
- Experience maintaining security, and emergency patching and fixes
- Serves as technical Subject Matter Expert for the resolution of issues related to Compute Infrastructure including servers, virtualization, and associated components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or related field required
- Eight (8) or more years of experience providing technical support required
- Prior legal industry and supervisor experience is preferred
